Flower Subscriptions

Our flower subscriptions are a lovely way to enjoy fresh, seasonal, British-grown flowers throughout the growing season. Each collection is filled with the best of what’s flowering here at Evie & Flo – The Sudbury Flower Farm, so every one feels a little different and truly reflects the season.

We offer subscriptions during our main flower season, when the garden is at its best and full of beautiful, scented seasonal flowers. Expect a natural, garden-gathered style with flowers and foliage all grown right here in Suffolk, with real scent, character and seasonality.

Perfect for treating yourself, gifting to someone special, or making sure you always have fresh flowers in the house.

Why Choose a Subscription?

• Fresh seasonal flowers grown here in Suffolk, freshly picked for your collection

• A changing mix of the best blooms each time, so no two collections are the same

• Seasonal flowers with real scent and character you won’t find in supermarket bunches

• A lovely gift idea for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because

• Subscribers get first pick of our best blooms, with your flowers reserved for the whole season

What We Offer

We offer two subscription sizes, both available on a fortnightly or monthly basis throughout the season from May to October.

Jam Jar Subscription

A sweet little jar of seasonal flowers, perfect for your desk, bedside table, or kitchen windowsill. Our jam jars are one of our most popular products and make a gorgeous ongoing treat or gift.

Market Bunch Subscription

A generous hand-tied bunch of the best seasonal flowers, just like you’d pick up from our flower stand. Plenty of stems to fill a vase and brighten up your home.

All subscriptions are paid upfront for the season. The longer you commit, the more you save per collection.

When Do Subscriptions Start?

Subscriptions run from May to October, with exact first collection dates confirmed before the season begins and adjusted slightly if needed to reflect the weather and the flowers available.

We’ll be in touch before the season starts to confirm your collection schedule. If you need to skip a collection for holidays, just let us know and we’ll do our best to rearrange it where possible.

How It Works

1. Choose your subscription – Jam Jar or Market Bunch, fortnightly or monthly.

2. Pay upfront for the season – this secures your flowers for the season ahead.

3. Collect fresh flowers all season – pick up from our flower stand in Great Cornard.

Give the Gift of Flowers

A flower subscription makes a truly thoughtful gift, something to look forward to again and again throughout the summer. We can include a handwritten card with your first collection to let the lucky recipient know what’s coming.

Whether it’s for a birthday, Mother’s Day, anniversary, or just to say thank you, a subscription says “I’m thinking of you” in the loveliest way.

Flower Subscription Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all flower subscriptions purchased from Evie & Flo – The Sudbury Flower Farm.

Contact

If you have any questions about your subscription, please get in touch — we are always happy to help.

  • All subscriptions must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices are as listed on our website at the time of booking.

  • Subscriptions run from May to October. Exact start dates will be confirmed before the season begins and may vary slightly depending on weather and growing conditions. We will always keep you informed of any changes.

  • Each subscription includes the number of collections stated at the time of purchase: 6 collections for monthly subscriptions and 12 collections for fortnightly subscriptions.

Each collection will contain a seasonal mix of flowers and foliage grown here at the farm. As we grow seasonally, the varieties, colours and stem count may vary throughout the season. This is part of the beauty of truly seasonal flowers, and we cannot guarantee specific varieties or colours.

  • Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Subscriptions are collection only from our flower stand in Great Cornard. Collection days and times will be confirmed before the season starts.

Flowers must be collected on your allocated collection day. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold flowers beyond that day, and missed collections without notice cannot be replaced, carried over or refunded.

  • We understand that life happens. If you need to skip a collection due to a holiday or other commitment, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice and we will do our best to adjust your schedule.

Collections skipped with sufficient notice may be rearranged where possible, but this is subject to flower availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Subscriptions cancelled before the first collection of the season will be eligible for a full refund.

Once the season has started, subscriptions are non-refundable. If you need to cancel part-way through the season due to exceptional circumstances, please get in touch and we will do our best to reach a fair solution.

  • Flower farming depends on weather and growing conditions, which are outside our control. If weather, pests, disease or other unforeseen circumstances significantly affect our crops, we reserve the right to adjust the contents of a collection, including stem count and flower varieties.

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil a collection at all, we will offer either a replacement collection later in the season or an appropriate partial refund or credit.

We will always communicate openly if this happens.

  • If you purchase a subscription as a gift, it is your responsibility to pass on the collection details and schedule to the recipient. We are happy to include a handwritten card with the first collection.

Gift subscriptions are subject to the same terms and conditions as all other subscriptions.

  • We may update these terms and conditions from time to time where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
