DIY Event Buckets
Our DIY event buckets are perfect for anyone wanting beautiful, seasonal flowers for a special occasion, without the price tag of a full florist service.
Each bucket is filled with a carefully picked mix of focal flowers, supporting stems, fillers and foliage in the best colours and varieties available at the time. They’re ideal if you’d like to arrange your own flowers but still want that gorgeous, natural, garden-grown look.
Event buckets are designed for customers arranging their own flowers and do not include floristry or on-site styling.

Event buckets are a lovely option if you want more flowers for your money and are happy to get creative with the arranging. They work beautifully for bud vases, jam jars, table centres and informal venue styling. Because our flowers are seasonal and garden-grown, they bring a natural charm, scent and character that imported flowers simply can’t match.
Our buckets have already been used for weddings, DIY bridal flowers, baby showers, church flowers, birthday celebrations and local events.

We’re happy to work with a colour preference where possible, but exact flower varieties will always depend on what is looking its best at the time.

How to Order
Event buckets are available during our growing season from May to October and must be pre-ordered.
Please get in touch as early as possible to discuss your event. We recommend giving at least two weeks’ notice wherever possible, so we can plan around what will be at its best and most beautiful for your date.
Collection is from our flower stand in Great Cornard. Your buckets will be prepared in water so your flowers are ready to take home and arrange.
DIY Event Bucket Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all DIY event buckets purchased from Evie & Flo – The Sudbury Flower Farm.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by the date agreed at the time of booking. Prices are as listed on our website or confirmed at the time of ordering.
The booking deposit is non-refundable, as flowers may be planned or grown specifically for your event date.

Event buckets are available during our main growing season, from May to October, subject to availability and what is flowering at the time.
As our flowers are grown seasonally, all orders are dependent on weather, growing conditions and crop availability.

Each bucket contains an approximate number of stems, as listed at the time of purchase:
• Small – approx. 25 stems
• Medium – approx. 40 stems
• Large – approx. 80 stems
Buckets include a seasonal mix of focal flowers, supporting flowers, fillers and foliage, all conditioned and ready for you to arrange yourself.
Stem counts are approximate and may vary slightly depending on the varieties included.

We are happy to work with a preferred colour palette where possible, but exact flower varieties, shades and stem types cannot be guaranteed.
All flowers are selected according to what is looking its best at the time and what is available from our seasonal crops.

Event buckets are collection only from our flower stand in Great Cornard, unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance.
Collection details will be confirmed before your order date. Buckets should be collected at the agreed time so flowers can be taken away in the freshest possible condition.
Once flowers have been collected, responsibility for their care, transport, storage and conditioning passes to the customer.

The 20% booking deposit is non-refundable.
Orders cancelled with at least 14 days’ notice before the collection date may be eligible for a refund of any balance paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Orders cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice may be non-refundable, as flowers may already have been planned, harvested or prepared specifically for your booking.
If you need to cancel due to exceptional circumstances, please get in touch and we will do our best to find a fair solution.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but this cannot be guaranteed, especially close to the collection date.
Any changes are subject to availability and may affect the final price.

Flower farming depends on weather and growing conditions, which are outside our control. If weather, pests, disease or other unforeseen circumstances significantly affect our crops, we reserve the right to adjust the contents of your bucket, including stem count, flower varieties and foliage.
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your order at all, we will offer either:
an alternative seasonal selection,
a rescheduled collection date where possible, or
an appropriate refund.
We will always communicate openly if this happens.

Flowers will be prepared in water and in good condition at the time of collection. To get the best vase life from your flowers, they should be kept cool, out of direct sunlight and in fresh water until arranged.
As flowers are a natural product, vase life will vary depending on the varieties included and how they are cared for after collection.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time where necessary.
