Subscription Terms of Service
Thank you for choosing our Summer Flower Subscription! We’re so excited to share our beautiful, British-grown blooms with you. Before subscribing, please take a moment to review our Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Options
We offer both weekly and bi-weekly subscription options, available for a minimum commitment of one month. Subscriptions can be renewed or extended at any time, subject to availability.
2. Payment & Billing
Payment is required upfront at the time of subscription.
All prices are listed in GBP.
We accept payment via debit/credit card.
3. Collection
This is a Collection only Service from our stand at 116 Pot Kiln Road, Great Cornard, CO10 0DX.
Collections are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your selected plan.
Collections must be made on the specified day. We are unable to replace or refund missed collections.
If you are unable to collect on your scheduled date, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule where possible.
4. Subscription Changes & Cancellations
Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may change your subscription plan or delivery frequency with at least 5 days’ notice before your next scheduled delivery.
5. Gift Subscriptions
If you’re purchasing a subscription as a gift, please let us know during checkout. We’re happy to include a personalised gift card at no extra charge.
6. Product Availability
Our flowers are seasonal and grown sustainably. While we aim to provide a consistent selection, exact varieties may vary depending on what’s in bloom.
In the event of crop shortages or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute blooms with similar flowers of equal or greater value.
